the most accurate non-invasive mold detection method

After struggling with chronic Lyme disease and mold illness for over five years, our family experienced firsthand how deeply hidden mold can impact health and quality of life. Like many others, we spent years searching for answers and pursuing countless treatments for Lyme disease, yet nothing seemed to truly help us heal. It wasn’t until we began addressing hidden mold exposure in our environment that we finally started seeing meaningful improvements in our health.

Throughout our journey, we used ERMI testing to help identify that mold was present in our home environment. While those tests were helpful in confirming there was a problem, we still struggled to locate the actual source of the mold — even after working with traditional human inspectors. It wasn’t until working with a trained mold detection dog that we finally found the most accurate and efficient way to uncover hidden mold in our home and begin the process of healing.

We worked with leading mold dog trainer Bill Whitstine of the Florida Canine Academy to ensure the highest quality inspections for our clients. Our dogs are NAMP Certified.

That experience changed our lives and inspired us to start this company. Our mission is to help families and individuals identify hidden mold quickly, accurately, and with compassion — especially those dealing with chronic health symptoms that often go overlooked. We understand how overwhelming, frustrating, and emotional this journey can be because we’ve lived it ourselves.

Through advanced mold detection methods and the incredible capabilities of trained mold dogs, we aim to provide clarity, peace of mind, and a path toward creating healthier living environments.

what makes a mold dog inspection different from the rest?

Unlike traditional mold inspections that often rely on visual evidence, moisture readings, or air sampling alone, a professionally trained mold detection dog can quickly and non-destructively pinpoint the location of hidden active mold growth by detecting microbial volatile organic compounds (MVOCs) released by growing mold colonies. This targeted approach helps reduce unnecessary demolition, speeds up the inspection process, and provides valuable guidance for confirmatory testing and remediation. While mold dogs are not a replacement for laboratory analysis, they are an effective tool for locating concealed mold that may otherwise be difficult to find.
